Michael Sen, 54, has been CEO of the Dax group Fresenius since October. There is a lot for him to do there. The former Siemens manager wants to dismantle the group and reduce the high debt. With its subsidiary Helios, Fresenius is one of the leading private clinic operators in Europe. At the end of 2022, it owned 87 hospitals in Germany.
