How worthwhile are the games? The bottom line is that there are quite interesting games. Mafia can be compared to GTA in its basic concept and has a very popular community. You slip into the role of an aspiring mafia member and have to do all kinds of dirty jobs for the mafia bosses of the 1930s.
Beyond Light is a paid DLC for the free game Destiny 2, which is now also free thanks to PS Plus. The DLC provides numerous new weapons, a fresh planet and missions – and the first new element since 2014. Beyond Light may be over 2 years old, but Destiny connoisseurs still consider it a popular and promising DLC. Anyone who has ever wanted to get started in the world of Destiny 2 can now ideally combine it with the free DLC.
With Evil Dead it will be scary again for all PS Plus subscribers. The game based on the horror film series is somewhat reminiscent of Dead by Daylight and lets you fight all kinds of creepy creatures. Of course, there shouldn’t be a lot of blood missing and all in all you have to kill heaps of enemies with chainsaws, axes and shotguns. The game has rightly been criticized in places, but as a free game it’s arguably a must for all horror fans.
OlliOlli World takes a completely different approach. This is a skate game, which already has two successful predecessors. In OlliOlli World you have to skate through different levels, do tricks and master the increasingly demanding course. The graphics are kept in a comic style, which is why it is also easily accessible for younger players.
PS Plus February 2023: when will the free games be available for download?
Note these times: The PS Plus games in February 2023 will be available for download from February 7th. Until then you still have to deal with the PS Plus games around January 2023 content and you can download them for free.
