Former FTX Executive Nishad Singh Plans to Plead Guilty to Fraud: Bloomberg Report

Nishad Singh, the former director of engineering at devastated crypto exchange FTX, is planning to plead guilty to fraud charges. for his role in the alleged project, according to Bloomberg.

Singh’s testimony against the federal prosecutor’s office in New York has not yet been finalized. And it was not immediately clear what the testimony of Singh would be.
