For a rap clip, they pulled out a gun and shot outside the high school

Two young adults, both aged 18, were sentenced to prison terms by the Béziers criminal court. On December 7, while they were in the car, one of the two had pulled out a gun and fired in the direction of Loubatières high school. The police had no trouble finding their trail after consulting the CCTV images: the vehicle belonged to the mother of one of the two defendants.

The weapon used was a pellet rifle. On the day of the events, they were also in possession of a dummy pump shotgun. Initially placed under judicial control with a ban on leaving the region, they had not respected the terms. Arrested as they returned from La Jonquera, Spain, they had been remanded in custody pending trial.

One of the two defendants, already convicted thirteen times since 2020, was sentenced to eighteen months in prison with continued detention. The second, with a clean criminal record, to nine months in prison, six of which are suspended.
