He drives up to 50,000 kilometers a year for work, mainly in northern Germany, but also nationwide. He has one basic rule: the navigation system stays off. Unless he has an appointment, say with the mayor of Wernigerode, for which he might be late. Then, exceptionally, he allows himself to be prompted along the way. Punctuality is a core virtue in Zigulla’s job.
