Anyone who has ever tried to carve a turkey with dignity at Christmas under the watchful eye of relatives knows the pitfalls of removing meat from bones. It becomes even more difficult when the main course, as in this film, is not cooked for three hours at 180 degrees top and bottom heat, but has to be raw and sometimes even gnawed from the living object.
