Fenbushi Capital partner Bo Shen hacked and $42 million stolen

followPost on Twitter On Nov. 23, Bo Shen, general partner at Fenbushi Capital, claimed $42 million in funds was stolen from his Trust Wallet on Nov. 10.

Shen, who grew up in China but now lives in Atlanta, said the funds were his personal property. And this attack did not affect entities related to Fenbushi.

Later, blockchain analytics firm SlowMist confirmed that the attack actually occurred. Shen’s wallet contained 38,233,180 USDC, 1,607 Ether (ETH), 719,760 Tether (USDT), and 4.13 Bitcoin (BTC). The stolen funds were later deposited on ChangeNow and SideShift exchanges. come

“Furthermore, we have verified during our investigation that the boshen Trust Wallet used is the official version. It is not a fake wallet and Trust Wallet itself has no security issues related to this theft.”
