What recognition of sexual violence by justice?
The term consent has spread in France with #MeToo, the movement for the liberation of women’s speech launched after the Weinstein affair, in October 2017. A break after centuries of silence, centuries during which the sexuality of women, their virginity, their submission to the desire of the bridegroom, represented their unit of measure in society.
