Vohburg on the Danube in the district of Pfaffenhofen, on the right just behind the last houses a few horses are grazing, on the left there is a lake with a stork circling above it. Sugar beets, garlic, lettuce, radishes, all flooded. “The water was up to here,” says Schrödl and points to the edge of the dam, almost two meters.
