This old friend, a half-owl, half-cat creature named Kh’ymm, is far from pleased to see Silvo/Jod, whom she refers to as Crimson Jack. In her pursuit of arresting him while assisting the children, she unwittingly leads to a thrilling escape as Silvo/Jod/Crimson Jack secures the coordinates and departs with the kids for their next adventure.
