Expert talk about the destruction of Ukrainian cultural buildings – Munich

Ukraine suffers endless losses as a result of the war, also culturally. Churches, museums and other architectural monuments lie in ruins. An evening at the Academy of Fine Arts is dedicated to the destroyed buildings and their historical significance, sustainable Ukrainian projects for refugee accommodation and reconstruction concepts. On the panel: Religious scholar Iryna Fenno, currently residing in Munich and member of “Religion on Fire” (the initiative documents the destruction of sacred buildings), architect and artist Oleksandr Burlaka (currently Artist in Residence at the Berlin Academy of Arts) and architect and publisher Philipp Meuser, he has 20 years of experience in the post-Soviet space.
