The Shanghai hard fork on Ethereum has a set date. That was April 12th by Ethereum core developers. approved Time target during All Core Developers Layer #157 on March 16.
The Shanghai mainnet upgrade will include five Ethereum improvements, including EIP-4985, which will allow Ether (ETH) staked on the Beacon Chain to be withdrawn and complete the Ethereum transition from Proof-of-Work to Proof-of- stake (PoS) complete
