Éric Ciotti, in favor of pension reform, estimated that “the vast majority” of Les Républicains deputies will not vote for the motions of censure presented on Monday after the government’s decision to use 49.3 to pass its highly contested reform . While “very few” could still do it, according to him, the boss of LR did not respond to an exclusion from the party of those who deviate from the advocated line.
The movement “may harden, and that is why the government must be more attentive, more attentive, must treat the social partners less with contempt in particular, as it has done until today today,” he added.
