Energy costs: Deputy Hahn accuses traffic lights of breach of word – district of Munich

The CSU member of the Bundestag Florian Hahn accuses the federal government of breaking its word when it comes to supporting private households and companies in view of the high energy prices and calls on the traffic light coalition in Berlin to also support those who use oil, liquid gas or pellets as energy sources. In this context, the deputy from the Munich-Land constituency refers to a corresponding application by the CDU and CSU, with which the federal government is asked to “pay out the promised energy aid”.

“Numerous small and medium-sized companies use oil, pellets or liquid gas as an energy source. A good 10 million private households in Germany heat with one of these energy sources,” explains Hahn. Corresponding relief for companies and households had been promised by the traffic light. Not wanting to pay them out now is a “devastating signal to the economy and consumers,” criticizes Ottobrunner. Cultural institutions would also have to be supported promptly and unbureaucratically – as agreed by the federal and state governments.
