There are frightening numbers registered by Bavaria’s state office for care. Terrifying because it is about human destinies. The state office based in Amberg in the Upper Palatinate set up an emergency call in the spring Care SOS. There, grievances in homes or in outpatient care can also be reported anonymously. The nursing SOS has been in existence since March 7th. Since then, 427 complaints of all kinds have been received.
