As was the case at the opening match between Germany and Scotland, the fan zone, which can accommodate up to 25,000 people, was also closed for the match against Hungary due to overcrowding. This time, however, the European Championship match was not played in Munich, but in Stuttgart.

In summer fairytale weather, fans in the Olympic Park celebrated the German national team’s two goals. Many visitors wore white fan jerseys. But there was also a lot of pink to be seen. In keeping with this, the players also wore the popular pink away jersey on Wednesday.
