Eintracht Frankfurt vs. RB Leipzig: Final of the DFB Cup in Berlin

RB Leipzig is now a permanent guest in the cup final. Last year, the club achieved its first victory in the final in Berlin. By beating SC Freiburg, the Saxons won the DFB Cup and are the defending champions this year.

In the stadium, Eintracht Frankfurt in particular can hope for loud support. It is estimated that over 40,000 Adler fans have tickets for the final, making the match at Berlin’s Olympic Stadium a home game for Eintracht Frankfurt.

The Eintracht Frankfurt fan festival starts at 12 p.m. on Breitscheidplatz – where it all began in the 2018 final, when the SBU finally won the title with a 3-1 win over FC Bayern Munich. All Eintracht fans can look forward to a varied program with live acts, interviews, typical Eintracht music, fan articles and Äppler on the final day. Just typically Frankfurt in Berlin!
