Duchess Kate has once again shown her humorous side. On the first day of her trip to Denmark she had fun on a slide.

Duchess Kate (40) arrived in Copenhagen on Tuesday (February 22), as she announced on the Royals’ official Twitter account. Prince William’s wife (39) visits Denmark for two days. There she would like to draw attention to a topic that is particularly close to her heart: early childhood development. The trip is part of her Royal Foundation Center for Early Childhood, which she launched in June 2021. At the beginning of her visit in Copenhagen, she showed her playful side: At the Lego Foundation Play Lab, Kate laughed and whizzed down a winding tube slide.

Meeting with Crown Princess Mary

For her appearance she chose a special outfit in the national colors of Denmark: Kate wore a red blazer with golden buttons and combined it with a white ruffled blouse. She rounded off the look with wide black pants and matching pumps. Kate also attended the University of Copenhagen to exchange views with scholars on early childhood development.

According to the “Daily Mail” Duchess Kate is officially welcomed by Queen Margrethe II (81) on the second day of her trip. She should also meet Crown Princess Mary (50). The two women will visit a Mary Foundation project together.
