On Monday evening, the news channel “CNN” published a recording of a conversation that heavily burdened the ex-president in the affair about secret documents. In the July 2021 recording, Trump can be heard showing a classified military document to several people at his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey. Also in the room are employees of a book project by his former chief of staff Mark Meadows and at least two of Trump’s advisers.
