She was waiting. The extension of Didier Deschamps at the head of the France team was officially announced on Saturday, January 7, by the main interested party, during the general assembly of the FFF.

Rumors about the extension of the contract of Didier Deschamps, coach of the France team since 2012, have been running since the World Cup final, during which the Blues lost to Argentina. On Friday, Mr. Deschamps met the president of the French Football Federation (FFF), Noël Le Graët, about his future with the Blues, the main point of disagreement residing in the duration of the contract offered to the coach.
