For the recipe you need:
300g blueberries
250 g flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
3 eggs
75g soft butter
175ml milk
2 tbsp maple syrup (or similar)
4 tbsp apple sauce
Vanilla

First, preheat the oven to 195 degrees and line your muffin tin with cases.

Next, beat the butter and eggs until creamy.

Then you can stir in the milk, vanilla, maple syrup and applesauce.

Mix the flour with the baking powder separately and then stir into the dough.
You can wash the blueberries and fold them into the mixture.

Then fill the finished dough into the molds and bake the whole thing for about 25 minutes.

Now the muffins just need to cool down and are then ready to enjoy.
