Are you sometimes prone to sin? Maybe with a piece of chocolate after dinner or a tomato and mozzarella baguette from the freezer, the taste of which reminds you of your childhood? I have a friend who used to cook me her favorite childhood food: pasta with “tomato sauce” and sausage. The tomato sauce, you guessed it, was nothing more than ketchup from a tube, refined with sugar(!). The Wiener sausage came out of the jar. She visibly enjoyed her meal, it comforted her over a bad day, it reminded her of a happy moment long ago.
