After Simon Ryfors was penalized for holding, Davos capitalized on a mistake in Zug’s defense to take the lead with a short-handed goal by Matej Stransky in the 7th minute. Just 92 seconds later, Daniel Vozenilek equalized for Zug during a power play. The back-and-forth continued, with Grégory Hofmann scoring for Zug in response to Ryfors’ goal that put Davos ahead 2:1 in the 33rd minute. It wasn’t until the 54th minute that Michael Fora delivered the decisive goal from distance, securing a 3:2 victory. Davos now sits 6 points ahead of Zug, who has fallen to 6th place.
