Australian Laird Ross, 31, and his six-year-old son Kyan Ross are currently wowing the web with a home workout.
In the clips, the father-son duo can be seen as they:

From time to time mother Tracy is also there.
During the COVID lockdown it became difficult to get sports equipment.
That’s why Laird decided to use materials found in nature.
“As for my son, I make sure he doesn’t pick up anything that’s too heavy. If I have to think twice, I’ll just pick something easier for him.” Laird Ross
