The five-page fire letter, formulated jointly by the city council and community council, as well as the three major organizations of municipal water suppliers in Bavaria. It is addressed to all members of the state parliament. A second letter is addressed to Prime Minister Markus Söder (CSU). After all, it is about nothing less than the drinking water supply in the Free State. Because it is precisely in times of increasing drought and sometimes dramatically dwindling water supplies that the CSU and Free Voters want to put public drinking water suppliers on an equal footing with private groundwater users such as mineral water companies.
