The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) warns of the online crypto trader “Happy Coins”. The assertion made in advertising communications that the alleged crypto asset had been approved by the FMA and is subject to its ongoing supervision is false, the FMA announced. The provider was therefore asked to revoke and immediately delete this assertion, but so far in vain, according to the authority. The company offers the instant buying and selling of cryptocurrencies on its website. According to the FMA, Happy Coins advertised on the LinkedIn career network, among others. The crypto trader was initially unable to comment on request.
