120g soft butter
1 packet of vanilla sugar
80g sugar
1 egg
And 1 pinch of salt

For the filling you will need:
2 packets of vanilla pudding powder
500ml milk
5 tablespoons sugar
And 1 egg

These are the ingredients for the crumble:
300g flour
200g cold butter
100g sugar
And 1 pinch of salt

Depending on your preference, you can also have morello cherries or apple slices ready for the filling.

First the dough is prepared. Knead all the ingredients together, shape into a ball and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Now preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

At the same time you can prepare the filling. First cook the pudding according to the instructions on the packet.

Let the pudding cool down and beat in an egg.

The shortcrust pastry should now be chilled.

You can then place this in a baking tray lined with parchment paper or spread it out on a baking sheet.

Now the crumbles are prepared. Knead all the ingredients in a bowl by hand.

Then distribute the pudding mixture and the crumbles on the shortcrust pastry.

You can also distribute the cherries or apple slices on the pudding.

Bake the cake in the oven for about 40 minutes.

Let it cool down and serve with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
