Countess Sophie showed courage to use color during her trip to the Caribbean with Prince Edward. Her bright red dress exudes summer anticipation.
Prince Edward (58) and Countess Sophie (57) reached the next stop on their Caribbean trip on Saturday. The couple were received in St. Lucia by Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre and Acting Governor General Errol Charles. Countess Sophie wowed on her arrival in a bright red midi shirt dress with a waist belt – and at the same time radiated summer anticipation.
To her airy dress, she combined a beige clutch with a knitted look and a pair of light, high-heeled mules. She elegantly pinned the upper part of her blonde hair up. A pair of small, golden creoles rounded off the colorful summer look.
Prince Edward appeared in a classic black suit. Underneath he wore a blue and white checked shirt and a patterned blue tie.

On the British Royals Instagram account some photos have also been shared. The post goes on to say that Prince Edward and Countess Sophie will also visit St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Antigua and Barbuda on their Caribbean trip to honor the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
