The latest Corna regulation has been in effect in Brandenburg since November 15th. The central measure was the implementation of the 2G model in large parts of public life. From this Wednesday, November 24th, the rules are to be tightened again. According to a press release by the government spokesman, 2G will then apply in Brandenburg in the following areas:
- gastronomy
- Accommodation establishments
- retail trade (except for grocery stores and beverage stores, drugstores, pharmacies, pet shops, building supplies stores, florists, bookshops, newspaper and magazine stores, post offices, petrol stations, banks and savings banks, public libraries)
- Events
- in body-hugging services, including Hairdressers
- Cultural and leisure facilities, including fun and leisure pools
- Discos and clubs
- At all Sports facilities, inside and outside
- Zoos and Botanical Gardens

According to the press release all Christmas markets canceled in Brandenburg. Those that have already opened – such as the market in Potsdam – will be closed again.
Curfews in Brandenburg from an incidence of 1000
In the districts in which the corona incidence is over 1000, and if the intensive care bed load is over ten percent nationwide, a night curfew for unvaccinated people should apply. This should then apply from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
This takes effect curfew for unvaccinated people in the following counties:

Corona in Brandenburg: The most important numbers

For the seven-day hospitalization incidence:
- green: if the value is less than 7
- Warning value yellow: 7 to 12
- Red alarm value: greater than 12
For the seven-day incidence:
- green: less than 100
- Warning value yellow: 100 to 200
- Red alarm value: greater than 200
The following applies to the value “Available ITS”:
- green: up to 10 percent of the ITS beds are occupied by COVID-19 patients
- Yellow warning value: 10 to 20 percent of the ITS beds are occupied by COVID-19 patients
- Red alarm value: more than 20 percent of the ITS beds are occupied by Covid 19 patients.
In Brandenburg the traffic lights are currently (as of November 22nd) on:
