As if winter was in July! Whether in daycare or at work: the consumption of handkerchiefs has just reached an unusual summer high. In many day-care centers there is a snot-nose alarm, although colds usually strike especially in the colder season, from October to Easter. Schools and employers are also currently registering a lot of sick leave. After months in which the vast majority of children and adults, thanks to keeping their distance and wearing masks, were not only spared from coronaviruses, but also from all kinds of other pathogens, the microbes are now fighting back.
