It took several nights, but now around 200 countries have agreed on a final declaration at the world climate summit.
After nights of negotiations, the World Climate Conference in Egypt agreed on a final declaration.
In it, around 200 states reaffirmed their earlier decision early on Sunday morning to shut down the burning of climate-damaging coal. A farewell to oil and gas is not mentioned.
