Old thumb rule from the coaching moth box: A third of people are fundamentally interested in changes and are immediately motivated when new ideas come up. A third is waiting, but with good arguments and a little patience, they can certainly be persuaded to take new paths. And a third generally doesn’t like it when something moves – and likes to rumble all the louder against it.
