Chelsea FC: Are you interested in Amos Pieper from Arminia Bielefeld?
Amos Pieper from Arminia Bielefeld is apparently not only on the list at Borussia Dortmund, but also at Chelsea.
Amos Pieper from Arminia Bielefeld is apparently on the list at Chelsea. In the Blues, the 24-year-old is to replace Antonio Rüdiger and Andreas Christensen, who are willing to emigrate. That reports the English Mirror.
Chelsea are said to have come to terms with the departures of Rüdiger and Christensen and are now looking for alternatives in central defence. Pieper, whose contract with Arminia only runs until the summer and who would therefore be available for free, corresponds to the ideas of the Blues managers.
BVB should also be interested in Pieper
In addition to Chelsea, Pieper’s former club Borussia Dortmund, Newcastle United and FC Southampton are also mentioned as interested parties.
The 24-year-old central defender moved to Bielefeld from the BVB youth team in 2018. Since then he has made 100 competitive appearances for Arminia, making 28 appearances this season alone.
