Sounding Finale: For the final concert of the 2022 season of the Haar Kulturverein, the violinist Anne Solveig Weber has put together a quartet that will play works from the late 19th and early 20th centuries in the Small Theater next Sunday, May 1st. When Ensemble Entre Amis, i.e. in interaction among friends, the musicians perform works by the French composers Claude Debussy (1862 to 1918) and Gabriel Fauré (1845 to 1924). In addition to Weber, who has already played for such renowned symphony orchestras as the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra (Amsterdam) or the Munich Philharmonic, Alice Marie Weber (viola) and the cellist Samuel Lutzker, both members of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, will take part, as well as the French pianist Yannik Rafalimanana. The program includes Debussy’s Sonata for Violin and Piano, his Sonata for Cello and Piano and Gabriel Fauré’s Piano Quartet No.1 in C minor.
