Celine Dion still suffers from health problems. Now she has canceled the North American dates of her “Courage” world tour.

Concern for Celine Dion (53): The singer continues to suffer from health problems. On social media and on your website the 53-year-old announced that the North American dates of her planned “Courage” world tour had to be canceled as a result. “I was really hoping to be fit by now, but I guess I just need to be more patient and stick to the program my doctors are prescribing,” said Dion. She was “recently treated for severe and persistent muscle spasms that prevent her from performing,” the statement said.

Her recovery is taking longer than hoped and her medical team is continuing to monitor and treat her. “I’ll be so happy when I’m fully recovered and we’re all through this pandemic and I can’t wait to get back on stage,” the singer continued.

She was “very touched by all the encouraging words that everyone has sent me on social media”. She feels the “love and support” of her fans. “It means a lot to me,” she said.

Concerts in Europe should continue to take place

The concerts of their tour in North America should have taken place in March and April. The good news: Your shows in Europe are still planned. The European tour starts on May 25th in Birmingham, England. Céline Dion will also come to Germany: She will appear in Mannheim (June 12), Berlin (June 29), Hamburg (June 30), Munich (July 3) and Cologne (July 6).

Celine Dion canceled her Las Vegas show in October due to ongoing health issues. In a statement it saidthat Dion could not perform in November 2021 and from late January to early February 2022 due to muscle cramps.
