The Prinzregententheater with its magnificent classically decorated backdrop is a good place for an anniversary celebration of this kind: impressively solidly built, majestically decorated and playful in a Munich way, almost ideal for the big party of the German School of Journalism (DJS). An institution that sees itself as committed to training young journalists celebrates itself. And the DJS, founded 75 years ago almost at the same time as the Federal Republic, tries to do this with a mixture of seriousness and self-irony.
