  • Thursday, in full plenary assembly, members of the French Action tried to enter the hemicycle of the regional council of Occitanie.
  • An action condemned by several parties, including the President of the Republic.
  • This Friday, like some political parties, Carole Delga, the PS president of the region, asked for its dissolution.

“I had already requested that of Generation Identity, I am also for the dissolution of French Action and of all these small groups which do not respect the democratic process ”, reacted Friday Carole Delga, the president of the Occitanie region to a question of 20 minutes. The day before, members of the Mauritian nationalist movement tried to enter the hemicycle of the regional council in Toulouse, with a banner reading “Islamo-leftists, traitors to France”.

An action condemned to the highest summit of the state, by Emmanuel Macron who denounced an action that reflects for him “the true face of the extreme right” and his “desire to gag democracy”.

Hearings at the police station

The royalists, who were able to be caught by the security services, were taken to the police station, interviewed without being placed in police custody. The investigation continues, says a police source, while complaints have been filed.

But this case does not end there. This Friday, the Young Center Left, which brings together in particular the young socialists and communists of Haute-Garonne, demanded the dissolution of the extreme right-wing small group, whose opinion newspaper was dissolved at the Liberation for its collaborationist ideas.

“The extreme right-wing group cannot continue to reach elected officials, to try to reach our institutions, and consequently our Republic. Thus, as a republican youth organization, we are asking for the dissolution of Action Française for its attacks against the Republic ”, argue the Youth of the Center Left. Supported by Carole Delga, on the same line and regularly struggling with the extreme right.
