When Monika Scheddin takes a seat in front of the zoom camera in her office in Munich, her glasses match her outfit, both are bright pink. A coincidence, as she says. That doesn’t happen very often, because Scheddin believes in strategic planning, especially when it comes to career issues: She believes that nobody can make progress these days without networking.
