+++ Update live blog +++

10.55 p.m.: Wild prices on the black market

BVB received around 400,000 ticket requests for the final at Wembley, but only 25,000 tickets are available to Dortmund. But thousands of BVB fans are travelling to London without tickets – in the hope of still getting a ticket for the game. In London, however, signs are already warning against buying on the black market. “Don’t buy tickets from touts” is written on them. And BVB is also warning its fans: “We would like to urgently warn against buying authorization codes or tickets via unauthorized, unofficial sales platforms. Platforms such as viagogo, StubHub, eBay or classified ads do not have authorization from us to sell tickets for the final.”

On the streets of London, black market dealers are offering tickets for thousands of euros. However, none of them are really reputable. If you haven’t got a ticket, you can watch the game in London at the BVB Fan Meeting Point in Hyde Park together with other fans.

20:32: PK with Terzic over

That’s it from Edin Terzic.

20:25: Terzic about the fans

“I’m sorry that so many people didn’t get tickets. I wasn’t in the stadium in 1997 either, but I saw what was going on in Dortmund. They’ll be keeping their fingers crossed for us. It’s not only going to be pretty yellow tomorrow, it’s going to be pretty loud. We need everyone to believe that something is possible.”

20:22: Terzic on the mood in the team

“A lot of anticipation, a lot of excitement. I can only look at the guys’ faces and only talk about myself. If someone had told me that I would be sitting at the press conference the day before the CL final, I would have expected a lot of tension. I don’t feel that. Everyone is giving me a lot of confidence. We have prepared very well, I am very happy with the training over the last few weeks.”

20:20: Terzic with a clear message

Terzic: “We know that they are by far the most successful team in this competition. But we also see that we are ready to compete with them at a high level. In a game, anything is possible! They are the favorites, but we don’t care. In the previous games, we weren’t the favorites either.”

20:18: Terzic takes his seat

The players leave the podium, now coach Edin Terzic comes and answers the journalists’ questions.

20:13: Brandt about the fans

Brandt: “When you read about the ticket requests from BVB fans at UEFA, it’s crazy. You talk to players who were there in 2013, they can judge it a little. For us, it’s an extreme opportunity when we have our fans here in London, when we see them in the stadium. They are our twelfth man.”

20:10: Schlotterbeck on Real’s offensive:

Schlotterbeck: “I think all three have incredible quality in attack: I know Jude from the one year I spent with him. He can run endlessly without the ball, he can shoot, dribble and head. There’s no need to say much about the two wingers. They’re strong dribblers and have caused problems for every opponent in the world. We have to defend that as a team. If we keep them in check, we’ll have a chance tomorrow.”

20:05: Brandt on the belief in victory

Brandt: “Our CL season and what we showed against many teams. Edin said it well, we have the absolute final opponent in the final. There is nothing bigger in the CL, even with the history. But if we didn’t believe in it, we could have stayed in Dortmund.”

20:01: Press conference begins

The press conference begins. Nico Schlotterbeck and Julian Brandt sit on the podium and answer questions from journalists.
