A 54-year-old was shot during a hunting trip in Middle Franconia. Investigators arrested his 18-year-old son as a suspect. According to the police, walkers found the 54-year-old’s body on Wednesday afternoon near Burgbernheim (Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district). Almost at the same time, the victim’s wife called because her son had told her on the phone that he had shot his father during their hunting trip. The 18-year-old later turned himself in to the police in Denkendorf in Baden-Württemberg. The officers found a rifle in his car and confiscated it.
