Prince Harry: Windsor is a ‘lonely place’ without the Queen

The grief is great and the pain is deep: After the death of the Queen, Windsor Castle has become a completely different place.

The pictures caused a stir at the weekend: The quarreling Queen’s grandchildren William and Harry together with their wives in front of Windsor Castle. A video of the performance has now become public, giving a little insight into the feelings of the royals after the Queen’s death.

“It’s a lonely place up there now without her,” Harry said in the clip published by Britain’s The Sun on Sunday. “No matter what room she was in, you felt her presence everywhere,” he added.

The brothers strolled down the driveway to Windsor Castle on Saturday and shook hands at length. At her side her wives Kate and Meghan.

Queen Elizabeth II died on Thursday. Her son Charles III was born on Saturday. officially proclaimed as the new British king. The Queen will be buried in London next Monday.
