The latest episode of Jan Böhmermann’s show, broadcast on Friday evening ZDF Magazine Royale was a high point in German satirical history. It doesn’t go below that. Without further explanations for the audience, she parodied Dieter Nuhr’s ARD satirical show for almost half an hour Nu(h)r in the first as “Nuhr in the second”. So the entire show, from start to finish, including some of Nuhr’s controversial favorite guests like cabaret artist Lisa Eckhart. So detailed and to the point that you could hardly help but be amazed.
