Bob Saget was buried on Friday. Among the prominent mourners, some “Full House” colleagues also paid their last respects.

Barely a week after his death, family, friends and colleagues paid their last respects to the late comedian Bob Saget (1956-2022). His “Full House” colleagues John Stamos (58), Dave Coulier (62), Candace Cameron Bure (45), Jodie Sweetin (39), Lori Loughlin were among the guests at the funeral ceremony in Los Angeles on Friday (January 14). (57) and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen (35) on site.

Presenter Jimmy Kimmel (54), who paid emotional tribute to Saget on his talk show last week, was also present. Stars like singer John Mayer (44), comedian Dave Chappelle (48), Chris Rock (56) and Kathy Griffin (61) were also seen in front of the funeral home.

“The hardest day of my life”

Bob Saget passed away last Sunday (January 9) in his hotel room in Orlando, Florida. He was in the middle of a comedy tour and had performed on stage the night before. In the days following his sudden death, numerous Hollywood stars, celebrity friends and former colleagues paid tribute to the actor. Candace Cameron Bure, who played Saget’s daughter on Full House, described him in an Instagram post as the “glue” of the “Full House” family.

Saget played the role of family man Danny Tanner from 1987 to 1995. John Stamos, who played his brother-in-law on the show, was also devastated. “Today will be the hardest day of my life”, he wrote before the funeral on Twitter. As one of the pallbearers, he paid his last respects to his colleague, as shown by photos published by “People” magazine, among others.

Saget is survived by his wife Kelly Rizzo (42) and three adult daughters from his first marriage.
