Selena Gomez turned heads in London. The actress arrived at the premiere of “Emilia Pérez” in a red ball gown.

Selena Gomez (32) celebrated the UK premiere of the film “Emilia Pérez” with her co-stars on Friday evening (October 11th) at the 68th BFI London Film Festival. The US actress dressed up particularly well for the event at the Royal Festival Hall.

Princess look in red

Gomez wore a ruby red ball gown by Oscar de la Renta. The floor-length robe with a flared skirt was particularly eye-catching thanks to the bow draped at the waist. The shoulder-free straps and the deep neckline also gave the 32-year-old a beautiful cleavage.

The actress paired her princess dress with a diamond necklace and matching earrings and rings. She wore her hair in an elegant high ponytail, with individual strands in waves framing her face. For make-up, she used some mascara, light brown eye shadow and nude lip gloss.

Selena Gomez appeared on the red carpet with, among others, actresses Karla Sofía Gascón (52), Zoe Saldana (46) and Adriana Paz (44) as well as director Jacques Audiard (72). The musical comedy is about a Mexican drug lord who wants to leave his past behind him and start a new life as a woman. The film then focuses on four women, including the transformed Emilia Pérez (Gascón), who seek their fortune in modern Mexico. Gomez plays the drug lord’s wife, who is left in the dark about his new identity.
