Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi continues to work on a takeover of the German television group Pro Sieben Sat1. The media holding MFE (formerly Mediaset) has registered in Austria to acquire sole control of Pro Sieben Sat 1, according to a statement from the Austrian competition authority.
