Two clan members, a businessman and a lawyer snatch the apartment house of a retired couple. The trial against the men shows the methods used by the criminal clans in the capital – and that the authorities sometimes make it all too easy for them.

The S. couple from Hamburg worked hard all their lives. He was a lawyer, she was a doctor, they invested their money in an apartment building in Berlin-Friedrichshain. A bright old building in the trendy Samariterkiez district, well-maintained and rented, market value: six million euros. The couple managed the house themselves, it was their old-age insurance.
