Beauvais: a teacher hit by a student who refused to take off his cap

New assault in a high school against a teacher. A student of the professional high school Jean-Baptiste Corot, in Beauvais (Oise), indeed hit his physical education and sports teacher in the face, after a remark from the latter on Tuesday.

At the end of the morning, during the course, the PE teacher would have asked the 15-year-old boy to remove his cap. The teenager allegedly refused, then began to threaten the teacher with death, before hitting him several times in the face.

The police were quickly alerted. They then proceeded to arrest the boy and took him into police custody. This is an individual already known to the police, details News17.

Slightly injured, the professor lodged a complaint and an investigation was opened.

Beauvais Observatory recalls that this high school has experienced several serious incidents in recent days, with the assault of a senior education advisor (CPE), beaten up by a student on November 23, and a brawl between two gangs in front of the establishment, on November 27, with fireworks mortars and the arrest of a young man in possession of a katana, a Japanese sword.
