Bavaria: Söder wants to poach teachers from other federal states – Bavaria

The poaching offensive is intended to help fill a total of 6,000 new teaching positions that Söder wants to create in Bavaria by 2028; 2000 more for social workers, psychologists and school administrators. In addition, he plans that the training of master craftsmen in Bavaria will be free next year – unlike in the rest of the Federal Republic at the moment. Söder presented his intentions on Wednesday in Kloster Banz, where the CSU leader previously put his party’s state parliamentarians in the mood for the Bavarian elections in autumn in a keynote speech.
