Bavaria: Police raise arms camp near Landshut – Bavaria

A week after the nationwide raid against a suspected extremist group called “United Patriots,” new details about the background to the terror plans are coming to Lower Bavaria. A 50-year-old man from the Landshut district is said to have been involved in the activities of the chat group as a weapons supplier. According to the Attorney General Koblenz, the group of suspected “Reich citizens” and corona deniers are said to have planned the kidnapping of Federal Health Minister Karl Lauterbach and bomb attacks on the German power grid in order to bring about “civil war-like conditions” and overthrow democracy. On Wednesday last week, the authorities arrested four suspected members of the group during searches in nine federal states, including the man from the community of Bruckberg in the Landshut district.
