The Los Angeles Clippers missed the NBA playoffs. In the so-called play-in they lost 101:105 against the New Orleans Pelicans. Without the stars Paul George (Corona) and Kawhi Leonard (injured), German professional Isaiah Hartenstein only scored two points in five and a half minutes of play. The Pelicans now face the Phoenix Suns in the playoffs. In the Eastern Conference, the Atlanta Hawks secured last place in the postseason. They defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 107-101 and now face the Miami Heat.
